- lucil would go on to cover his body in leylines, to further amplify his magic. by doing so, he earned himself the title of mhioscaiseach banshee*, due to the ruthless and horrific means in which he slaughtered his opponents- despite the war seeming to turn in mhachs favor, the flood was approaching ever closer. having received a warning from ghoul, lucil knew of the danger aboard the void ark, and declined his seat- ghoul was subdued and forced upon the ship, while lucil sealed himself away in his families mausoleum- moments before the flood would have breached the seal, an old friend raised him up to his former position of andrias, seat of halmarut- he sleeps for near six hundred years, his near immortality granting him protection from age and disease- beneath flora and earth, an explorer discovers his resting place, and unseals what has been hidden for centuries- he is flooded with vague and clouded memories, unfamiliar and out of reach. he finds himself growing obsessed with unraveling his mysteries- he is graced by the moon once more, and begrudgingly accompanies the aforementioned explorer to the newly founded city of ishgard- lucil struggles to adapt to a new world, and returns to mhach, where he rebuilds his home; a home which would be incomplete without a crowded library, and a lush garden- he begins roaming the world, smuggling any and all forms of knowledge and newfound information he comes across; including languages, cultures, and folklore
